What an awesome giveaway! I've never owned a Pelikan and would love to. Thanks for the opportunity!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for setting up this giveaway. I've never had a Pelikan before, except for one of their school pens in the 1990s.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely giveaway! Would love to try a Pelikan, at last!
ReplyDeleteOh, and to answer the prompt, I don't usually care much for Q&A posts, unless it's just in a list form somewhere on the site. I've found if you just search you can usually find most of the answers you're looking for!
DeleteJust what I am dreaming of..it’s as if the competition was made for me...hope luck is with me
ReplyDeleteI don't have any specific questions, but I'd love to more about pen repair in general. Searching for my problem in online forums and videos doesn't always work--and I feel like I need a course in the basics of repair. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI'd be curious to learn about custom, semi-custom, or smaller-batch manufacturers in your area that your U.S. and worldwide audience might not have heard of before.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway! As for Q&As, I'd like to see pen care and storage tips. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway! I don't own a Pelikan and I almost bought this one on multiple occasions. I would love to have the chance to win it!
ReplyDeleteHi! A Q&A would be interesting. Thank you for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteLove the color of this Pelikan! Thanks for the opportunity. They’re amazing pens!
ReplyDeleteNice giveaway. I got into Pelikans by finding a couple of the last generation of Pelikanos - cheap but ridiculously lovely school pens.
ReplyDeleteWonderful blue!
ReplyDeleteI don't care too much about Q&A posts, I think there already are a lot of online resources for most common issues.
Most of my pen related questions are ink and paper related and they are covered in product reviews so don't think a Q&A blog is something I would be interested in.
ReplyDeleteIt's a giveway done the right way! I got the opportunity to follow some nice shops, thanks PencilCaseBlog!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the awesome giveaway. I don’t own a pelikan and that color looks awesome.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway. I think user submitted Q&A would be a great idea!
ReplyDeleteThank you for having this contest
ReplyDeleteThank you Dries and Appelboom for a chance to win this gorgeous Pelikan! I’ve never tried one but always wanted to. Continued success to you both and thanks again for this opportunity.
ReplyDeleteAs for Q&A’s...I think they can be quite helpful, particularly for people new to fp’s.
DeleteThis is such a generous giveaway! I would love to have my first Pelikan. I think a Q&A post would be a nice addition to the site.
ReplyDeleteYes, repair or nib tuning q&a would be awesome
ReplyDeleteQ&A...storage options?
ReplyDeleteHi! What a generous giveaway from Appelboom! A Q&A post would be nice. Fountain pen related questions that keep me up at night are mostly about vintage pens. I would love to learn to fix vintage pens myself....some examples of these questions are: where to get a new ink sac, how to attach the new ink sac, what to do with a not working push button filler system, etc.
ReplyDeleteLuck!
ReplyDeleteFantastic Giveaway!!!
ReplyDeleteThe question that keeps me awake at night is if some brands, like MontBlanc or Dupont, are really worth every cent or if there are better cost/value pens. I own a MontBlanc 149 and does not write as consistently and smoothly as my Lamy 2000.
I know, it's not really a question, it's more a way I see my acquirings, less classy pen, more reliable writers, but I'd like a q&a about that, it would be an interesting discussion.
Mine! :)
ReplyDeleteThese giveaways are just getting better and better!!! Thanks so much Dries!!! And of course also Appelboom.
ReplyDeleteThis is one amazing giveaway ... Thank you
ReplyDeleteCongrats on 5 years of pencilcaseblog! And thanks for the giveaways. A pen question that keeps me up at night is: “I have never had a good experience with Bock nibs. Jowo has been far more reliable than Bock. What am I missing that others experience that make people like Bock nibs so much?”
ReplyDeleteQ&A can be fun for the person making it. Just put the most irrelevant questions together and come up with answers that don't fit the question. Dries, give us just new amazing post posts. There are already enough places to find all the answers we need. No pen is keeping me out of my sleep
ReplyDeleteI think QA questions are better answered through Google and FPN results because they pop up right at the top. That said, if an index of questions could be made, that would be great! I'd love to see more on custom ground nibs and nib tuning.
ReplyDeleteQ&A would be awesome!
ReplyDeleteThat really is a handsome pen!
ReplyDeleteAs for a Q&A I can't really think of a question right now.
That’s the first giveaway I’m participating but I hope it won’t be the last! I don’t know how to put my name on this thing so here’s Luana Cataldi talking
ReplyDeleteWhat a gread opportunity for us pen lovers. Thx for making this happen :)
ReplyDeleteYou asked about a Q&A section for your blog; my answer would be for you to go for it. I'm interested in pen companies and how they got started. That would be an interesting topic in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteI Like Q&A sections when first reading about a new topic.
ReplyDeleteThe pelikan is awesome and it is my favourite colour!
Thank you for the chance at winning such a beautiful and wonderful pen!!
ReplyDeleteThis is an awesome giveaway! I don't own any Pelikans, so this would be a great addition!
ReplyDeleteAwesome giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI would like to see Q&A about the advantages and different types of filling systems. Thanks for the giveaway and happy birthday.
ReplyDeletegreat giveaway! for q&A I would love more info on how to take care of vintage pens. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks for organizing the giveaway! The pen looks great. Joel
ReplyDeleteThanks for the opportunity to win a Pelikan fountain pen. I don't currently own one but it is on my wish list.
ReplyDeleteI think a Q&A would be handy for people new to the fountain pen world. Wouldn't hurt to have it on the site.
ReplyDeleteIf I want a stub nib what size nib should I buy to be ground?
ReplyDeleteI've been dreaming to own a Pelikan. I'd love Q and A's on your blog and nibbage and nib grinding are the things that keep me up at night. Thank you for this awesome giveaway.
ReplyDeleteSure! I'm a little confused about iron gall inks that work with which pens?
ReplyDeleteI always love q&a sections. I think a good set of questions would be, What are the top entry, next, mid, and top level pens you would recommend?
ReplyDeleteThanks for this chance.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to know more about obscure pen brands.
I would love to see a q and a post! My question would have to be: what is your absolute favorite pen in your collection?
ReplyDeleteGreat giveaway As for a Q&A, I find those exploring a particular brand of which I have little direct experience very helpful
ReplyDeleteCongrats and thank you for the opportunity to win Pelikan
ReplyDeleteCongrats and thank you for awesome giveaway
ReplyDeleteYes, I'd like a Q&A post about left-handed writing with a fountain pen

I'd love to have a second pelikan,so....I take my chance! Congrats with your 5th birthday!
ReplyDeleteI like Q&A only as in short compilations. My question would be how one can adjust the inkflow to a maximum without getting inkdrops out of the nib... Thanks for the gibeaway!
ReplyDeleteI’m always interested in gold vs. steel nibs. Thanks for the opportunity.
ReplyDeleteHahah I love this blog! Thank you fro doing this giveaway… I’ve mever owned a Pelikan before and would be overwhelmingly happy to!
